TWELFTH STEP WITHIN COMMITTEE

Overeaters Anonymous is a 12-Step fellowship where thousands have found freedom from food and body obsession. Through this program, our members have experienced recovery from eating disorders, including compulsive overeating, obesity, anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, restricting, over-exercising, and body dysmorphia. Members from diverse backgrounds worldwide have joined together, discovering hope, love, and understanding.

What You’ll Find

Newcomer meetings may include English, German, Greek, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
You’ll also find focused meetings, such as OA Men, OA Rainbow, 100 Pounders, anorexia, bulimia, and more.
