OA is a self supporting global fellowship many of our members have experienced long term recovery, one day at a time from: anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, overeating, over exercising , emotional eating and freedom from food and body obsession.  Using the 12-step recovery program, OA members support each other in , often breaking the isolation associated with compulsive food behaviors.

Please consider Introducing your patients to Overeaters Anonymous (OA), 

*We are open to adults of all ages and backgrounds the only requirement for membership is to stop compulsive eating and compulsive food behaviors.

*We have meetings 24 hours a day seven days a week online, on phone, private chat and in person.

* We take no position on outside issues including treatment plans, therapies and diets– many medical and mental health professionals refer patience to OA for ongoing support from individuals who can share the experience and hope.

*Rooted in a 12 step sustainable form of recovery..\

*We have no dues, fees or diets; our members make voluntary contributions to sustain our program.
