Overeaters Anonymous is a 12-Step fellowship where thousands have found freedom from food and body obsession. We have found recovery and relief from many eating disorders, including compulsive overeating, obesity, anorexia, restricting, bulimia, over-exercising, binge eating, and body dysmorphia. Members of all ages and diverse backgrounds around the world have joined us in finding recovery from compulsive eating and compulsive food behaviors.
